We are professionals offering an experienced barman, waiter, barista and Kitchen porter services for hotels, restaurants and catering. We offer cocktail parties for corporate and private events such as weddings, birthdays, house parties and much more.

ServeYou is a dynamic company which has grown steadily since entering the market in 2010.

Andi Zambrucki is the owner and manager of the company. He has gained knowledge, skills and experience in the restaurant, bar and hotel industry which he has adapted to suit the needs of his clients.

ServeYou uses a 3m long Mobile CateringBar in “bar case” technology which enables easy transport and allows us to set up wherever you choose.

ServeYou offers trained and qualified staff and guarantees professional service and guest satisfaction. We specialize in banquets, cocktail reception, buffet, catering indoor and outdoor, corporate and family events etc.

Our waiter staff are hospitality trained and communicative. They are hard working, responsible and disciplined. All of our staff have their own uniforms (black trousers/ skirt, shoes, white and black shirt, vest and tie).

If the employer prefers a different uniform, this must be provided for our staff.

Each ServeYou employee before contracted to work for a client is trained by the Training Manager in accordance with the standards of the clients employee manual:

Division of labor in the dining room and banquet

Preparing the room before the event, correct set up with tables, cloths, cutlery and accessories

Techniques and rules of wearing and collecting plates, trays, cutlery etc

A variety of guest service techniques

Serving wine and other beverages
